WHAT KINDS OF EVENTS DO YOU DO?

I offer small scale private dinner parties, office breakfast/ lunch, as well as custom meal solutions for the entire family.

HOW MUCH DOES A CATERING COST?

Depends!

Because all of our catering services are custom tailored to your event, we will need some details to provide a quote. Every event is different depending on menu selected and size of event. To get a quote for your specific event, please contact us with some details, and we will reach out to you to discuss the details. From there, we can provide you with a quote.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE MULTIPLE ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES?

Sure thing! If you have preferences/allergies/ intolerances we will prepare a menu that satisfies everyone.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

Delivery & travel fees may apply. These will be calculated when you provide the location of your event. 

WHAT IS THE ORDER DEADLINE?

A 5 day notice is required.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Generally, we require events to begin with a $1250 budget. A signed contract is required to confirm your event and reserve your date. A deposit of 50% of the event total is required.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS?

I started Gourmet Lunch Catering in 2015. Since then I have followed many paths including developing a new food concept for the Children’s Discovery Museum in San Jose and opened Ludwigs German Table in San Jose and Mountain View.

Absolutely!

We do everything we can to make our process as sustainable as possible. We aim to buy local, seasonal and sustainable products and partner with local purveyors who are as environmentally conscious as we are! Our drop-off packaging is all compostable and recyclable, and we eliminate food waste as much as possible.
